Directions/How to use:
Start the day after the treatment Do not apply for the first 24 hours after a lash lift or brow lamination.
Apply once daily. Use once per day, preferably at night.
Clean lashes or brows first. Make sure lashes or brows are clean, dry and free of makeup or oils.
Apply a small amount. Using the brush, apply a thin layer:
Lashes: lightly brush through the lashes from mid-length to tips. Brows: brush through the brows to coat the hairs.
Leave on overnight.
Do not rinse off.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched and handed to Australia Post, delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Nailed It Beauty Studio cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on opened skincare or beauty products.
Unopened products may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:
• Unused and unopened
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
